Terms and Conditions for acceptance through Digital Mode

Welcome to Samunnati. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accepting Purchase Order through digital platform.

By accepting this order through online (https://samunnati.com/terms-conditions/), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchase orders accepted by you through digital mode. Nevertheless, Samunnati reserved its right to change the terms as it deems fit and reasonable.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By clicking “I Agree”, submitting a digital signature, or proceeding with a transaction via any digital medium i.e, website/ mobile application/email, or other online platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Electronic Signature and Records
   Pursuant to the Information Technology Act, 2000, your digital acceptance or electronic signature shall be considered legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature and would be an admissible document under the Indian Evidence Act.
3. Scope of Consent
   You consent to conduct transactions electronically and receive information and disclosures in electronic form. This includes, but is not limited to:
   • Agreements and contracts / other terms of the purchase order, if any
   • Notifications and acknowledgments related to the transactions
4. Acceptance/ withdrawal of Orders
   • Samunnati reserves it’s the right to refuse or cancel or withdraw any purchase order accepted by you through digital mode, at its sole discretion in case of any breach in the terms or transaction/s.
   • Once the purchase order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. Limitation of Liability
   • Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
   • Samunnati shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or website.
6. Modification of Terms
   Samunnati reserves the right to modify or update or these terms at any time. Continued use of digital platforms or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Governing Law
   These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts at Chennai only.
