It sources the finest of Grains, Oil Seeds, Pulses and a range of value-added Agri products directly from farmers. The leadership of ITC in Agribusiness is attributed to these strong partnerships with farmers. To deepen this relation with farmers, ITC has partnered with Samunnati. Through Bill to Ship to model, Samunnati has procured Wheat, Turmeric, Bengal gram and Soyabean from 2000+ farmers of FPOs & Aggregates. Till date, Samunnati has successfully finished supplying (3572 MTs) various commodities worth of Rs 8.79 crores to ITC in 2021 and has provided timely market linkages to FPOs and Aggregators. Samunnati through ITC aims to increase such market linkages which provide working capital to farmers and improves their efficiency to supply various Agri commodities.
